Role description

As a Product Manager in Knowledge, you will be responsible for managing the whole range of products we have in Business Hub, Academy, Support Center, work on Documentation for the whole ElectroNeek Platform and more. You will be talking to customers and prospects, engaging with key internal stakeholders like Sales, Success, and Support to identify and deliver opportunities for product improvements, and managing a team of product owners and UX professionals. You will contribute to the knowledge domain of Managed Action services by managing production of articles, collateral and video lessons on various business and technical aspects of process automation. You will be reporting directly to Chief Product Officer, contributing to the business growth and strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend prospect and client meetings to discover ideas for features/ that drive business impact and create opportunities for ARR growth.
  • Engage with Customer Success management to source ideas, prioritize bugs, and create NRR expansion opportunities.
  • Engage with Engineering Managers to communicate feature requests, challenge estimates, and find mutual solutions.
  • Engage with Customer Support to address critical bugs and prioritize non-critical bugs for development.
  • Develop internal and external presentations.
  • Manage the team of Product Owners, Analysts, Tech Worters and UX professionals responsible for particular products in Knowledge group.
  • Report to executive leadership.

Requirements

Must have:

  • 2+ years of product management experience either as PO and PM.
  • 4+ years of experience of managing or directly delivering knowledge products such as documentation, guides, how-to articles and video lessons.
  • 5+ years of experience in management role (2+ people) in a business setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in doing customer/user interviews (50+ interviews).
  • Strong project/task management skills, deep knowledge pot Jira or other similar Issue/Project tracking software.
  • Structural analytical thinking.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the IT Service industry.
  • Experience in IDE or CI software companies.
  • Experience in RPA, IDP, or other automation technologies.
