Salary Range:
$90,000.00 To 110,000.00 Annually

The Product Manager, Network Products is responsible for building and maintaining the collection of digital products and program experiences supporting Virtuoso’s network of B2B customers and partners, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and subject matter experts from across the company, as well as the Virtuoso Network, to guide the features and priorities from conception to launch and beyond. This role sits at the heart of our B2B digital experience and must successfully bridge the technical and business worlds to develop an experience that our customers and partners love.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Drive improvement to the digital products and programs supporting the Virtuoso Network; lead the product development team by setting and maintaining a rolling 12-month product roadmap.
- Coordinate with the Sr. Director, B2B Digital Experience to develop and execute a vision and strategy for your product area that meets the needs of the Virtuoso Network.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to create shared understanding and alignment on strategic goals to ensure on-time delivery and performance for your products.
- Meet with customers, partners, and internal subject matter experts to synthesize key insights and serve as the voice of the customer within your team and across the company.
- Develop and maintain a high level of expertise on industry trends and technology.
- Collaborate with Product Management peers and leadership to cultivate a healthy, effective Product culture; contribute to and evangelize best practices to help the team grow into positions of influence and scale.
Educational and Skills Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2-4 years’ experience managing highly integrated digital (web/mobile) products
- Proven track record of taking a product from concept and ideation to launch and adoption (0->1)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, even without influence or authority
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use data to rally others around your ideas
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Travel Requirements:
- Infrequent travel may be required to attend company events (1-3 trips per year).
- Travel will be primarily domestic but may include some international.

- Internal: Key job contacts are primarily with manager and director level staff and above outside of the job’s immediate work unit/department.
- External: Weekly communication with customers; monthly contact with business partners and vendors.
