Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role: The P2P (Peer-to-Peer) product team enables hundreds of millions of users worldwide to send and receive money with friends, family, and even small businesses. As we launch new products and experiences, we want you to be a strategic driver of making the movement and management of money as simple, secure, and affordable as possible for all our users. In this role, you will work with engineering, design, and other product managers and stakeholders to build and execute a product roadmap around our global P2P (Peer-to-Peer) opportunities. Meet our team: You will be responsible for championing our customers and driving product development from concept to launch. You will be the product owner for your domain, balancing customer needs, business requirements, legal/compliance, growth, and monetization considerations.
Job Description:
In your day-to-day role, you will:
- You help define the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for P2P payments, evaluate the competitive landscape, and stay informed of the latest trends
- Be the voice of the customer's needs by spending time with customers, user research teams, and customer support teams to synthesize their feedback and market trends
- You will manage multiple priorities with clear and measurable goals and communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences, including PayPal senior leadership
- Define key metrics and lead the execution of initiatives to improve those key metrics over time
- Use A/B testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive product decisions and requirements
- Engage closely with engineering and architecture to help determine the best technical implementation and design while balancing time-to-market needs
- You partner closely with cross-functional teams at PayPal to design, build, and launch experiences across web and mobile apps; including Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams, to ensure the products we deliver are within regulatory boundaries
What do you need to bring:
- Two years of experience in Product Management at technology companies preferably, and familiarity with FinTech products and concepts
- Experience designing and building consumer web and mobile apps with deep attention to detail and passion for creating delightful customer experiences
- Experience building a product roadmap with ability to analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features
- Outstanding analytical skills, specifically in using funnel tracking and BI tools to drill down on insights and create solutions to data-driven hypotheses
- History of leading and executing in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and dependent teams to deliver exceptional business impact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise communication with senior leaders and project partners
- A BS/BA is required; MBA or MS preferred

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $72700 to $176000
