About the Role

As a key player in our Product team, you'll be the go-to person for all player-facing features on our platform, from sports betting and casino gaming to account management. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, such as our CEO and CTO, and also engage with external stakeholders, our B2B clients, to gather valuable input and player feedback. You'll take charge of all our features from concept to post-launch, creating outstanding gaming experiences that cater to the needs and expectations of our operators across different regions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform, focusing on player-facing features for sports betting, casino gaming, and account management.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for player experience, ensuring all current and future features meet high standards of quality and engagement.
  • Lead the discovery process, prioritising ideas and managing the product backlog to align with operator and player needs.
  • Collaborate closely with our UX/UI Designer to create compelling and engaging designs and prototypes during the discovery phase.
  • Write detailed feature specifications and requirements before working closely with our cross-functional engineering teams to bring your ideas to life and deliver exceptional gaming experiences.
  • Foster strong relationships with our B2B clients, incorporating their feedback into the product development process and ensuring their active involvement throughout the discovery phase.
  • Own the product roadmap and ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch analysis, by defining and tracking KPIs to measure the success and impact of new features.
  • Identify and address product debt, removing features that add unnecessary complexity without driving business value.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is €55,000 - €95,000 annually, depending on your skills, experience and form of employment (employment or independent contractor). Job requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within the gaming industry, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations, with the ability to empathise with players and innovate to enhance their experience through creative and forward-thinking solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of gaming platforms, including sports betting, casino games, payment systems, CRM, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong ability to gather, analyse, and interpret stakeholder input and usage data, discerning key insights and prioritising effectively.
  • Proficiency with modern collaboration and product management tools, including Productboard or similar platforms.
  • Experience leading the product discovery process and managing product backlogs.
  • Proficiency in writing detailed feature specifications and requirements, with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively also with a non-technical audience.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
