As a Product manager, Product Adoption, you will work alongside our engineering, product management, and design teams to deliver a seamless user onboarding and education experience. Your passion for user education will allow you to play a pivotal role in empowering users with a first-class onboarding experience, directly impacting customer satisfaction and product excellence. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating educational content that ensures successful adoption of Cosmos, our offensive cybersecurity platform.
Responsibilities
- User Onboarding Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive user onboarding strategies that facilitate a smooth introduction to our products, ensuring quick user proficiency and satisfaction.
- Interactive Product Walkthroughs: Create engaging, interactive product walkthroughs and tutorials that guide users through our software's features and functionalities.
- In-Application Contextual Help: Design and integrate contextual help within our applications, providing immediate, relevant assistance to users as they navigate through different features.
- Educational Content Development: Produce a variety of educational materials, including video guides, how-to articles, and FAQs, tailored to enhance user understanding and engagement.
- Feedback Analysis and Improvement: Collect and analyze user feedback on onboarding experiences and educational content to continuously refine and improve these processes.
- Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers to align educational strategies with product updates and new features.
- Training and Support Materials: Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external clients, and create support documentation that aligns with user needs and product evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- Proven experience in UX research, specifically in technology or cybersecurity environments.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience in working with UX design tools and software.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous research projects and their impact on product design.
- Experience with e-learning tools and content management systems such as Appcues, Pendo, Chamelion, etc.
- Background in user experience design or instructional design.
- Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle.
