We’re looking for an experienced product manager with a preference toward building enterprise software and internal tools .You’re one to get excited when you see a challenge, you love trying new things, and learning about and improving your craft of product discovery and delivery is a constant interest.
As the product manager for our Retrievals Operations product, your goal is to ensure that our internal users and external users’ needs are well-served by our core product to our payer clients by empowering our manual retrieval operations team. At its heart, this work is about ensuring the secure and compliant exchange of health information across thousands of provider groups (health systems, clinics, MSOs, etc), and doing so in an efficient, accurate and seamless way for our payer clients. This role will manage a small team of product managers and product owners and this pod is central to orchestrating the interplay of digital and manual workflows at the core of healthcare information exchange.
We’re looking for a technically-minded product manager who can work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and operations partners to gather insights on user needs and ship innovative functionality that achieves operational and financial efficiency goals. You will also thinkthrough longer term product strategy and how components of our extensive product can be leveraged for other uses as well as scale with our growth. An interest in or understanding of data flows, operational workflows, data regulations, and data technology in healthcare will be necessary.

Your first 30 days will include
- Learning all about the core business of information exchange / release of information in healthcare
- Defining the charter of this pod with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to define this pod’s Q4 roadmap
- Shipping several key improvements that’ll positively impact tens of millions of patients’ lives
- Working out with your engineering team how you’d like to work
What you bring to the table
- 3-5 years of product management experience in tech-forward companies
- 1-3 years of experience managing a small team
- Experience, or demonstrated interest, in the healthcare provider / payer / services industry
- Experience coming up to speed in a regulated industry, inexplicable desire to read and grapple with regulations
- Kindness, smartness, and the ability to Get Things Done

Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $260,000 – $270,000.
