As a Product Manager focused on Customer, Driver, and Client Success, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for creating frictionless experiences. You may work on any number of products, from backend automation to customer facing chatbots, that help us improve the end-to-end delivery experience for the customer and our live operations teams. 

One of the core drivers of Veho’s exceptional CSAT score is our customer service management. We have an opportunity to further elevate the experience for customers, our drivers, and our support teams by better understanding their needs, and streamlining how we serve them. This role will play an important strategic part when it comes to creating happier customers and more productive support agents, all while managing costs.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • You will create products that:
  • Deliver exceptional experiences for Veho’s customers, driver partners, and clients
  • Streamline customer and driver interactions through automation and self-service
  • Boost agent productivity with customized workspaces
  • Provide seamless resolution for customers and drivers across multiple channels including text, chat, web, and email
  • Manage customer interactions, track agent productivity and impact, and service a multitude of user personas

You will do the following at Veho:

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business partnersCreate a prioritized roadmap and rapidly launch features 
  • Conduct user research - designing, running, and evaluating experiments 
  • Make customer insight and data backed recommendations
  • Develop rich PRD’s which inform and guide the team Mockup wireframes in tools such a Figma and Whimsical 
  • Create stories to clearly articulate intent for the Engineering teamAutonomously own features from concept to maturity

$115,000 - $130,000 a year

The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, experience, and skills. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
