Who You Are:

  • You are customer-obsessed and thrive in environments where you can solve tough problems rooted in deep market and customer insights
  • You are a product marketing generalist who can autonomously own, develop, and iterate on initiatives across the entire product marketing landscape - from market analysis, to messaging and positioning, to product launches and sales enablement
  • You have a bias for action and have the ability to ramp and make an impact quickly
  • You are a strategic product marketer who can also roll up their sleeves for tactical execution
  • You engage cross-functionally and bridge communications and decisions with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams

What Excites You:

  • Owning mission-critical projects to support our GTM strategy as we move upmarket, including enablement for our Channel Partner program
  • Evangelizing our newly defined messaging and positioning and incorporating it into high-leverage assets that target the IT buyer persona 
  • Owning the launch of a continuous stream of new product releases in a high feature velocity environment
  • Partnering closely with revenue operations and sales teams to analyze and improve sales funnel metrics, using a data-driven approach
  • Conducting thorough market, competitive, and customer research to influence product roadmap, GTM strategy, and continue to refine our ICP
  • Working with a world-class, high performing team in a collaborative and fun environment

What Gets Our Attention:

  • A track record of translating market understanding into action: You’ve successfully developed and driven the adoption of company and product-level positioning and messaging frameworks.
  • You have experience building competitive + market intelligence programs. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence others as appropriate: You have experience transforming complex concepts, features, and capabilities into value-based messages and compelling narratives.
  • You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to different audiences (from sales to the Executive team).
  • You are a relationship-builder and excel at bringing together team members across functions to drive execution against a common goal.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional operational skills: You have experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • You work effectively across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Product.Natural curiosity, resourcefulness, and adaptability: You’re eager to dive in and solve big problems, talk to internal and external stakeholders, do research, dig into data, and then share what you’ve learned and turn insights into action.
  • You have a can-do attitude and have an ability, eagerness, and willingness to learn.
  • 4+ years of relevant B2B product marketing experience: You have a successful and demonstrable track record of driving successful product marketing in a B2B environment, targeting IT buyers from mid-market to enterprise. Familiarity with the Channel selling motion through VARs, SI and MSP partners is a huge plus.
  • Interest in contract-to-hire potential: You are ready to make an impact immediately on a contracting basis, but are excited about the possibility of transitioning to a full-time product marketing IC role after the contracting period.   

What’s In It For You:

  • The pay rate for this position is $150-$175 / hour (as a 1099 contractor), depending on prior experience
  • This role is part-time (10-15 hours per week), and is a fully remote position
  • This is a 1099 contract position 
  • The duration is 15 weeks to start; there is a possibility to extend and/or convert to full time W-2 employment
