The Director of Product Marketing is a subject-matter expert who develops go-to-market (GTM) strategies for products and solutions in their assigned area. This includes product positioning, marketing strategy, and sales enablement to drive buyer awareness and achieve desired business outcomes. The Director leads product and solution launches across departments, identifies and prioritizes product features, and provides consulting and management support to the assigned business initiative.

You will be working on:

  • Develop and Execute GTM Strategies: Create and implement go-to-market strategies for assigned products, markets, and solutions to drive business growth and achieve objectives.
  • Program Leadership: Ability to lead company initiatives with expert authority; guiding teams through planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing on established goals and programs. Ability to identify potential risks and challenges associated with programs and develop mitigation strategies to address them, maximizing the likelihood of success.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Management, Account Teams, Expert Teams, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to ensure the successful roll-out of enablement and support tools.
  • Product Expertise and Positioning: Exhibit in-depth product expertise, developing strong positioning and perform comprehensive competitive analysis.
  • Customer Consultation: Partner with Product Management and Field Team to consult with customers, identifying and exploring new product and market opportunities.
  • Market Understanding: Keep a pulse on the ever evolving tech market to identify trends for developing a compelling and accurate point of view on marketing strategies
  • Strategic Thinking: Provide strategic consulting and management support to marketing, product, and sales teams, aligning with overall business objectives

We are looking for:

  • 10+ years B2B marketing and product marketing experience in the SaaS industry, with a strong preference for developer expertise
  • Extensive proficiency in implementing product-led growth go-to-market strategies, approaches, and tactics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, effectively engaging all organizational levels, from buyers and end-users to executive management.
  • Proven track record of success in collaborating with and influencing cross-functional leadership teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data for informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and optimize business-driving strategies.
  • Outstanding listening, communication, and program management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in developer tools or the HR tech industry
  • Experience working cross-culturally, marketing to a global customer base

Current base salary range: ($165,000 - $195,000 base). The exact salary may vary based on skills, experience, location, market ranges, and other compensation offered. The salary range does not include other compensation components, commission (for sales-related roles), bonuses, or benefits for which you may be eligible. Salary may be adjusted based on business needs.
