Role 🎨
At Mindbloom, you will have a massive impact crafting the future of mental health and wellbeing alongside colleagues who are trailblazers and pioneers. As Product Marketing Lead, you will be the Voice of the Client and massively increase growth efficiency in order to scale Mindbloom
.• Customer Insights and Journey Mapping: Spearhead customer journey maps that unlock the secrets to engaging new and existing clients, transforming their interactions
• Voice of the Client: Implement rituals, artifacts, and mechanisms to systemize deep client understanding and lead 8+ monthly client interviews
• Copy Czar: Materially increase conversion rates and brand consistency by writing and managing the writing of stunning copy for the website, acquisition funnel, and client experience
• Community Management: Skyrocket our community by creating an extraordinary valuable experience for every member
• Product Launches: Creatively, strategically, and systematically market new features and products to existing customers and new audiences
• Brand Champion: Create and maintain strong alignment between our brand tone words, value props, and key messaging across all client touchpoints

Given Mindbloom’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of role and compensation will be reflective of your level. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $165,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, and on market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and benefits elected.
