Embroker is a leading commercial insurance technology company revolutionizing the insurance buying experience for businesses. We seek a Product Marketing Manager with proven product-led growth experience to drive our marketing initiatives and propel our growth trajectory to new heights.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our product-led growth strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our innovative insurance solutions. Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, you'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies, manage the messaging and positioning of our products, create enablement materials for internal teams, serve as an evangelist for our products, and drive product launches to accelerate our growth trajectory.

Job Duties

  • Go-to-market strategy: Shaping the Go-To-Market Strategy for our product(s) and then working with a cross functional team to execute marketing campaigns to achieve the target metrics
  • Customer research: Working with Product Management and CX teams to conduct customer research (quantitative or qualitative) to identify new features, and then prioritizing the features for the product roadmap
  • Messaging and positioning: Managing the messaging and positioning for our product, including keeping updated documentation around buyer personas, internal messaging documents, and then ensuring that the messaging is used in key internal and external facing assets, such as whitepapers, blog posts, the website, or other collateral that our sales and customer success teams use
  • Product expertise: Serving as the "evangelist" for our products by running events or campaigns with active and potential customers that promote activation and cross-sell opportunities, or by running co-marketing activities that promote successful customers who are insured by Embroker
  • Sales/CS enablement: Managing a sales/customer success enablement training program for our sales and customer success teams, and building the strategy and objectives for the program, working with the teams to build the training content, and then tracking effectiveness and ROI from the sales and customer support teams that use it
  • Product launches: Owning and driving launches around a new vertical, insurance product, features, or set of features by "quarterbacking" the launch process and completing key launch deliverables such as creating internal or external content (ex: internal product sheets, external blog posts), running training or enablement sessions for sales/CS teams, working with the broader marketing team to update the website with new information or with various marketing channel owners to promote the launch
  • Work closely with Product Management and Sales teams to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, webinars, and events, to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance, optimize marketing initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for different audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
