Product Marketing Manager- Partners & Public Sector
SpecterOps is searching for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to support growth across the marketing function. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience contributing to or owning the marketing of cybersecurity products and services to the channel, distributors, system integrators, and the public sector. If you have 4-5 years’ experience as a government-focused product marketer or partner marketing manager and are looking to grow in the worlds of Identity and Cybersecurity, we want to hear from you!
Salary Range: Base salary annually, commensurate with experience
- Mid-level: $100,000 - $120,000
- Senior level: $120,000 - $140,000
Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with occasional travel for in-person company events, conferences and other ad hoc meetings
- Preferred candidate location: Washington, DC
- While this is a remote-first role, it will require frequent travel to/around the Washington, DC area as well as other partner or government hubs during specific seasons.
- Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling audience-specific messaging as well as reports, presentations, customer success stories, blogs, and videos
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal sales, marketing, product and customer success teams as well as industry, channel and technical alliance partners
- Collect feedback from partners & public sector markets and share w/wider product and marketing teams to enhance prospect/customer lifecycle and improve lead generation, customer engagement and product-adoption programs
- Work with sales and product leadership to enable direct and partner sales teams with value propositions, talking points, and collateral
- Plan and support launch of new products, features and solutions to key ecosystem partners and public sector prospects, including the content plan, awareness strategy, messaging and enablement
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in a product marketing or partner marketing capacity, supporting SaaS or technical products
- Experience in Cybersecurity
- Ability to thrive in a team setting while delivering work assignments independently with minimal direction
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.

Nice to Haves:
- Experience leveraging co-marketing programs, as well as experience marketing to Federal, State, Local, International, and/or higher education IT personas
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in a STEM field
- Experience delivering large-scale IT or Cybersecurity products to market
- General familiarity with Active Directory or Entra ID
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and scaling applications
- General interest in advances in open-source projects and communities
- Located in Washington, DC
