General Description

The Product Marketing Manager at Sundevs spearheads all marketing efforts for their assigned product(s) of AI. This role has a deep understanding of their target audience’s everyday challenges and can briefly explain how their product helps solve customer problems. The Product Marketing Manager must develop effective marketing strategies and plans through close collaborations with product owners, marketing content designers, writers, and product developers.

This role centers around understanding our target buyers, their pain points, and how to translate that into customer solutions that you can communicate through audience-specific content conveying our vision and strategy. You’ll also focus on target market needs and trends while collaborating with the Sales Team to deliver innovative programs to grow sales opportunities and customer adoption.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to product marketing and conduct regular competitor analyses to stay informed about market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Objectives

·       Improve Sundevs and the AI product marketing content output.

·       Shape product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers.

·       Define and execute the marketing strategy.

·       Build relationships with external vendors and key stakeholders.

·       Set product marketing budgets and track spending, always with an eye for ROI.

·       Convert prospects into paying customers through consistent communications.

·       Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within marketing and the AI Team.

·       Integrate customer feedback into product marketing strategies, working closely with sales.

·       Explore opportunities for global market expansion, adapting marketing strategies for different regions and cultural nuances.

Responsibilities

·       Product Champion: work closely with the Product Owner and Sales Team to understand the strategic direction of our AI Products and to influence the direction of the roadmap through your understanding of the market and buyer needs.

·       Customer Research: regularly engage with customers to refine target segments, personas, and pain points for the AI Products.

·       Define and execute the Marketing Strategy and Plan for the AI product line.

·       Define and achieve the marketing year goals.

·       Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.

·       Define and execute the marketing Funnel to create a constant flow of Leads for the sales team.

·       Define the marketing activities that should be outsourced and those that should be in-house.

·       Identify, develop, and manage the creation of various content types‚ written, videos, presentations, etc., as needed to fuel sales and marketing success.

·       Lead product marketing content development.

·       Outline product marketing deployment timelines.

·       Educate other departments on current product messaging.

·       Manage team’s product marketing campaigns.

·       Craft AI product storytelling vision and voice.

·       Assist the Sales Team in any activities required to close a deal.

·       Assist the Product Owner in any activity that may be required.

Preferred qualifications or requirements

·       3+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, focusing on demand generation.

·       3+ years of experience working in Tech B2B StartUp with SaaS or similar.

·       Experience developing and executing successful Marketing Strategies.

·       Experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

·       Proven ability to create compelling copy and visuals that drive engagement and lead generation.

·       Experience developing and executing successful SEO implementations.

·       Experience defining and executing successful AdWords campaigns.

·       Experience setting up and managing marketing automation tools, such as email campaigns and lead-nurturing workflows.

·       Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and sales through marketing programs and campaigns.

·       Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize campaigns and drive business results.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

·       Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot.

·       Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Creative thinker willing to experiment and try new approaches to achieve results.

·       Strong public speaking skills and experience presenting to small and large audiences.
