In a nutshell

We're looking for our first Product Marketing hire to develop in-depth knowledge of our products, create go-to-market plans, and help achieve acquisition and retention targets. You will act as storyteller for the company's products through the lens of our customers, developing and leveraging high-impact and differentiated product positioning and messaging. You'll be part of a collaborative and passionate team, responsible for deepening customer understanding, creating campaigns, developing messaging, producing content, and conducting market analysis.

Who we are

We've been championing human-centered design practices for over 10 years with customers around the world including GoDaddy, Monday.com, Unilever, and Zendesk. As a fully bootstrapped SaaS platform, we are looking for top talent to join our team and help us execute our vision.

Who we’re looking for

  • You have relevant qualifications in marketing and bring 4+ years of product marketing experience in a fast-paced, product-led B2B SaaS environment
  • You are exceptional at transforming product features and concepts into compelling positioning, messaging and content
  • You are proactively collaborative and curious
  • You are an effective influencer who operates cross-functionally with ease
  • You are always up to date with the latest product marketing thought leadership, techniques, and trends
  • You are unquestionably self-motivated and passionate about high-quality work
  • You are highly adaptable and able to think strategically but enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get things done

Picture yourself in the role

If you were here for this month, you would have:

  • Developed a deep understanding of the buyer journey, key audiences, ICPs and their jobs to be done.
  • Planned and developed campaigns that drive product feature adoption and increase depth of use, translating our products and services into tangible customer value through pricing and packaging that increases recurring revenue, credit spend, and net retention revenue.
  • Created and maintained compelling messaging frameworks and value propositions.
  • Worked alongside SMEs to produce a range of product-focused content and enablement material to fuel top, middle, and bottom-of-the-funnel activities such as case studies, product videos, product-focused website content, blog posts, emails, presentations, training, and sales collateral.
  • Spent time “in-market” conducting customer discovery, and analysis into new acquisition, retention, reactivation, and churn to become an expert on pains and priorities, competitive differentiation, use cases, and how the company delivers value.
  • Shared insights and made recommendations to product and commercial teams that enable the business to make informed decisions.
  • Maintained competitive research and devise strategies from that intelligence.
