Product Marketing Master
eClinical Solutions helps life sciences organizations around the world accelerate clinical development initiatives with expert data services and the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud – the foundation of digital trials. Together, the elluminate platform and digital data services give clients self-service access to all their data from one centralized location plus advanced analytics that help them make smarter, faster business decisions.
You will make an impact:
The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and executing go-to-market strategies for our eClinical solutions, including elluminate, RBQM, data management platforms, AI/ML-powered analytics, and biometrics services. This role requires a strong understanding of the clinical research landscape and the ability to effectively communicate our products’ value to CROs, biopharma, and other life sciences organizations. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive growth.

Your day to day:
- Positioning & Messaging
o Craft compelling positioning and messaging for eClinical solutions products and services that resonate with our key personas
o Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop tailored messaging for different audiences and use cases
- Sales Enablement
o Equip the sales team with essential resources, including pitch decks, case studies, FAQs, and competitive insights, to effectively communicate product value
o Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to sales and customer success teams to ensure consistent and accurate product messaging
o Lead product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and maximum impact
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
o Conduct regular market research to stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitors, especially in areas such as RBQM, clinical data management, and AI/ML applications in clinical trials
o Provide insights to influence product roadmap and marketing strategies based on evolving customer needs and competitive landscape
- Customer & Market Insights
o Actively engage with clients, industry experts, and other stakeholders to gain insights into customer challenges and evolving clinical trial needs
o Collaborate with product management to incorporate feedback into product development and enhancements
- Content Development
o Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including website copy, white papers, webinars, blogs, and email campaigns, that showcases our products’ value
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing preferred
- Experience in the clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences technology sector
- Deep understanding of clinical research processes, clinical trials, and related regulatory requirement
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for complex products
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Collaborative team player with experience working in a cross-functional environment
