Product Operations Specialist

The Role

We’re seeking a driven and curious Product Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for operating the behind-the-scenes processes that power several key aspects of the user experience. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a high attention to detail. You are also a very curious individual; when you notice an issue or area for improvement, you dig in to understand the situation, develop hypotheses and potential solutions, and communicate your findings effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Work through operations queues to set our users up for success with our ever-evolving product. Some examples include:
  1. Processing data to power the front-end user experience
  2. Fraud monitoring
  3. Compliance adherence
  4. Data collection for one-off initiatives
  • Field and resolve inbound customer support tickets
  • Become an expert on our product and user experience
  • Report bugs and issues in a clear, succinct manner

Requirements:

  • A college degree
  • Experience in an operations, customer support, or analyst role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with an emphasis on quality
  • Ability to work independently and self motivate
