Product Operations Specialist
The Role
We’re seeking a driven and curious Product Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for operating the behind-the-scenes processes that power several key aspects of the user experience. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a high attention to detail. You are also a very curious individual; when you notice an issue or area for improvement, you dig in to understand the situation, develop hypotheses and potential solutions, and communicate your findings effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Work through operations queues to set our users up for success with our ever-evolving product. Some examples include:
- Processing data to power the front-end user experience
- Fraud monitoring
- Compliance adherence
- Data collection for one-off initiatives
- Field and resolve inbound customer support tickets
- Become an expert on our product and user experience
- Report bugs and issues in a clear, succinct manner
Requirements:
- A college degree
- Experience in an operations, customer support, or analyst role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with an emphasis on quality
- Ability to work independently and self motivate
