Actively look for ways to improve team value

Be responsible for the product vision for the PI

SME for Budgets, General Accounting, Accounts Payable

Handle Agile Teams Backlog

Coordinate Product development

Defines Iterations and Stories

Ensure stories meet the user’s needs and align with the Definition of Done!

Preparation and Participation in PI Planning

Work with Architects to understand & support Enabler work

Participate in key team ceremonies

Continuously build presentation / demo skills

Be flexible to help with any work as PO role permits. Some examples include helping team

to refine stories, conduct testing, add documentation for release, etc.

Provide concise, timely, and detailed feedback on Agile Team Members to be considered in

the Annual Review Cycle.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skills level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $67,200 -$198,400!
