Product Owner
Description
Enerflo is seeking a new Product Owner to join our growing product team! As a Product Owner at Enerflo, you will work directly with the Co-Founder and other talented individuals to launch exciting new products that will shape the future of the solar industry.
Enerflo is a fast-growing SaaS company in the Solar & Renewables industry. Our mission is to make solar affordable to everyone on the planet, one well-executed project at a time. Purpose-built for residential solar installers, EPCs and sales teams, the Enerflo Platform helps companies manage and automate their sales and install processes, from lead to Permission to Operate (PTO) and beyond.
Responsibilities of Product Owners:
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering team to ensure product development stays on track.
- Manage product backlogs and ensure the team is always working on high-priority items.
- Communicate product goals and progress and vision to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure product releases are successful by coordinating marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work on a team and convey complex ideas to different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and user needs.
- Passionate about technology and software development.
- Genuinely curious with attention to detail and tenacity to see projects through.
- Proven experience in launching successful software products is a plus.
- Great to have: Solar experience, PO/PM experience
