Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with exceptional communication abilities to collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders and drive prioritization and strategic decision-making for our eCommerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the eCommerce domain, including knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, website analytics (GA4, marketing platforms), data privacy compliance, and website page performance optimization. This role will be critical in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle and ensuring successful execution of the eCommerce roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • eCommerce Roadmap Management: Oversee and manage the global ecommerce roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities. Lead bi-weekly alignment meetings to track progress and address any roadblocks.
  • Ticket Management: Create and manage tickets for new feature requests, enhancements, and bug remediation. Ensure timely resolution and implementation of updates.
  • Support Merchandising Teams: Provide assistance to US and EMEA merchandising teams with product setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain a smooth user experience.
  • Third-Party Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage technical communications with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and support for external services.
  • Internal Backlog Grooming & Sprint Prioritization: Prepare and groom the backlog, ensuring tickets are ready for sprint prioritization and development. Work closely with the development team to ensure clear priorities and smooth execution.
  • Site Quality Assurance (QA) / User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Validate site enhancements, bug fixes, and new features before Go Live to ensure quality and functionality meet business expectations.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Keep comprehensive and up-to-date documentation in Confluence for all processes, features, and project developments to support internal knowledge sharing and alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in the eCommerce domain.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, website analytics (GA4), and data privacy compliance.
  • Expertise in managing eCommerce platforms, creating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and working in Agile environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of website performance metrics and optimization strategies.
