What You'll Do

Software is a team sport. The best software is built by the highest functioning teams that are peopled with supremely skilled & fiercely collaborative engineers, product owners & designers. As a CX Cloud Transformation Product Owner, Director, you will define, articulate, and prioritize the important work needed to build high quality, high scale, & customer delighting SaaS products. We are looking for Product Leads with an affinity for building impactful teams while simultaneously delivering value for our customers and partners.

What You'll Do

  • Articulate the needs of our internal customers through the lens of our products. How will build a world-class platform make Cisco and our customers wildly successful?
  • Contribute to the OneX Platform & Services product strategy while flawlessly executing against your roadmap.
  • Understand how broad initiatives relate to your product - translate, and sequence them into measurable requirements.
  • Act as collaborative glue between engineering teams, stakeholders, and program management
  • Invest deeply in the success of the team, understanding how your role drives value for end users and the organization.

Who You'll Work With

Residing in the CX Cloud Transformation organization, you will partner with teams to craft, develop and deliver outstanding SaaS Platform solutions. You will work with peer teams in Product Management, Operations, Agile Transformation, and UX Design to build the world’s best platform for our customers, partners and software engineers. Every day and every interaction will be unique, but you will engage with a diverse representation of engineers, product owners, product managers, business units, IT and OneX leadership.

Who You Are

Required Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years experience defining, developing, & delivering enterprise SaaS products.
  • 3+ years of experience building, mentoring, and growing high-functioning teams
  • Consistent track record of influencing across the org; continually searching for win-win solutions.
  • Experience crafting product roadmaps with emphasis on the customer experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams. Engineers LOVE to work with you!
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies and eagerness to roll up sleeves to evolve processes as business needs evolve.
  • Proven track record to maintain alignment between partners across many time zones.
  • Platform, Security, FedRamp, or Cloud Operations domain expertise preferred.
  • Experience with design-thinking concepts a strong bonus.
