The Payments organization is a motivated, forward thinking team comprised of high talent product managers with a singular focus of delivering innovative payment services via the most important platforms of today and tomorrow. We seek to transform customer experiences, simplify the ways we do business, and tirelessly drive toward product excellence.

This role is to be a founding member of a new payment product that is targeting launch in 2022. This new payment product built entirely on AWS will create a seamless customer experience for payments across the Chase digital ecosystem. This individual will have strong passion for driving "start-up" efforts in large companies and desire to be on the bleeding edge of technology and digital payments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, analytics, business, and engineering partners to lead and develop product and design strategies.
  • Create simple, intuitive product experiences for complex data insights and workflows to help customers understand a proposed solution
  • Provide domain knowledge to the agile development team and facilitating workshops
  • Work closely with the analytics team to track and curate actionable reports/metrics
  • Work with Product Owners and other stakeholders to convert the business needs, initiatives into user stories & process flows that can be consumed by the development team
  • Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs, test plans and scripts, serve customer needs
  • Conduct pre-release reviews which could include regression testing and QA to certify the release as production ready


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, digital, product management, Business Analyst and / or Agile software development
  • Deep experience in online payments including wallets, BNPL, merchant acquiring & processing highly desired
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build digital products
  • Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution
  • Proven success in collaborating, influencing, and driving decisions with multiple stakeholders, including team members across product, technology and design
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, open Banking and engineering practices
  • Strong understanding of product development using Agile / Scrum
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Management, or comparable field of study
