Reporting to: UX Manager - Product Platform, Henrique Guedes
Your team: You will mainly be part of a team of 14, (1 UX Manager, 1 UX Assistant Manager, 1 UX lead, and 10 UX designers, and YOU!), plus small cross-functional teams, and a wider group of UX designers.

What will you do
As a UX Designer, you'll be pivotal in designing key features and projects, crafting the ideal user experience, and bringing your vision to life. Your role is central to guiding projects from inception to completion, emphasizing a problem-solving approach. You'll be a skilled communicator, adept at conveying design concepts to diverse audiences with empathy. Your responsibilities include working with main stakeholders in defining products, designing responsive interfaces for various devices, and establishing and refining the visual style, design language, and system. What You’ll Bring
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI Design
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience in using design systems to maintain consistency across products and enhance the overall user experience. Creating and contributing to design systems is nice to have.
• Ability to understand and manage the return on investment (ROI) of design decisions.
• Understanding of how UX fits into the broader product strategy and business goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a collaborative spirit, ensuring seamless interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Takes ownership of design projects, being capable to work on product definition with main stakeholders, demonstrating empathy for user needs and colleague roles, coupled with adaptability to changing project requirements.
