Product UX Designer
We're seeking a Product UX Designer to lead the end-to-end developer experience within the Sinch product lines. Our team's mission is to present our portfolio of products in such a way that is easily digestible by customers while continuing to innovate and build an outstanding product line within the messaging, voice, and email space. We're looking for someone who is able to look at the big picture of a customers journey, and is not afraid to get creative to deliver compelling user experiences across multiple products.
Responsibilities
- Drive the self-service experience for customers between a multi-product environment from discovery through onboarding and in-app engagement
- Build outstanding UX providing end-to-end design on projects, collaborating with a team of Product Managers, UI and UX designers.
- Gather user experience data including customer feedback, competitive benchmarking, and user feedback and testing.
- Create iterative user flows, wireframes, concepts, prototypes with with the appropriate level of detail
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering and UI designers to work with multiple teams in drafting & brainstorming initial concepts.
- Support and work closely with development teams throughout the implementation cycle of the design to provide optimized assets and development accuracy.
What are we looking for?
- A portfolio of great UX design and strategy that meet user needs, product requirements, and business objectives.
- Proven experience of advocacy for the customer and applying UX methodologies including user research and insights to your design.
- A drive to build a cohesive experience between multiple products
- Ability to work open-minded in a cross-collaborative environment to gather feedback from team members and colleagues across multiple products
- Comfort in creating and running moderated and unmoderated user testing
- Ability to collaborate across various timezones
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Extensive experience working in Figma
- Experience in using components to design within a pre-defined design system
- SaaS experience working on and supporting a multi-product strategy
- Experience designing for self-service users
