Position Summary
As a product writer intern at Okendo, you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to create technical documentation for our suite of integrated marketing products. You will be responsible for producing clear, concise and accurate documentation that will help our customers use our products effectively. You will also work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our documentation meets the needs of our customers and is up-to-date with our product releases.
How You'll Create Impact
- You will have a significant impact on the company’s success by aiding in new product launches and ensuring our customers have the required resources to use our products effectively
- Continuously iterate all documentation to accurately reflect the latest product features and capabilities
- Additionally, you will continuously improve documentation processes and tools, making it easier for internal teams and customers to access the information they need.
