Responsibilities: 

  • Production Art
  1. Work closely with product marketers, graphic designers, web developers, and technologists to create marketing and sales materials.
  2. Quickly create beautiful externally-facing slide decks, word documents, flyers (digital and print), RFPs, contracts, project summaries, and sales proposals following phData’s brand standards.
  3. Create enterprise-wide design templates for the entire organization (i.e. slide and document templates)
  4. Send requirements to and manage the work of external graphic designers as needed; ability to make simple edits to graphics made by said graphic designers.
  • Document Management
  1. Manage internal sales collateral drive.
  2. Manage internal G2M website & link.
  3. Manage hundreds of documents on an internal webpage for a 600+ user base.
  • Web Design
  1. Work with web developers to design new v1 web pages, following templates and web developer guidelines (i.e. layout requirements)
  2. Work with the content and social media team to implement simple copy updates and perform reviews (SEO, reliability, etc.)
  • Project Management
  1. Own and manage Jira projects for product marketing (and some for broader marketing group)
  2. Enforce platform standards, best practices, templates, etc.
  • General Responsibilities
  1. Read, understand, and interpret requirements and translate tangible deliverables.
  • Graphic Design
  1. Demonstrated graphic design experience making graphics, charts, whitepapers, and/or flyers from scratch

  • Demonstrated experience creating beautiful and easy to understand slides decks, flyers, and graphics
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Keen design skills
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated advanced computer literacy
  • Ability to understand and apply feedback
  • Demonstrated creativity in improving designs on deliverables
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
  • Self-starter and self-learner

Technical Skills:

Expert-level

  • Google Workspace Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar tools (particularly document and slide tools)

Proficient-level

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Illustrator preferred)
  • Figma (or similar tool) 
  • Canva (or similar tool)
  • Project Management tools (like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com)

Entry-level

  • Copywriting experience

You are not responsible for:

  • Enterprise brand vision or decisions
  • Initial drafting of phData products: services offerings or solutions
  • People management
  • G2M strategy
  • Market research around or moderate to deep understanding of technologies or practice areas - Analytics, AI/ML, Elastic Ops, Data Engineering, etc
