Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage 4 or more major program initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or programs simultaneously while interacting with multiple project teams and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the development delivery of multiple products/projects within the overall program.
  • Coordinate the teams for the collection of projects while working directly with the project and product managers who run each individual project or program.
  • Coordinate projects/programs and interdependencies between them.
  • Plan the overall program & monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs.
  • Manage the program budget.
  • Manage and utilize resources across the projects/programs.
  • Work with and manage stakeholders across the projects and programs.
  • Align deliverables across projects and programs within the overall program.
  • Manage risks and issues and take corrective actions as needed.

Skills:

  • Strong experience as a project or program manager of large and complex initiatives.
  • Knowledge of program and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
  • Developing new programs to support the strategic goals of the organization
  • Managing contracts and agreements with clients to ensure all requirements are fulfilled
  • Creating and developing control deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Analyzing program risk and change
  • Prepare reports

You Have:

  • 2+ years' experience in managing teams and programs across several time zones (preferably in software development-based companies)
  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects
  • Strong project management, leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Close attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in scrum agile and tools such as Pivotal, Confluence, Clubhouse etc.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats to get things done, and a passion for what you are doing
  • Work proactively with little or no supervision

  • A confident presence within senior leadership
  • Attainment of Program or Project Management Certification (ex. PMP, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
