Job Description

Isobar Public Sector is seeking a Project Analyst to build relationships with our K-12 customers while successfully implementing and delivering Qualtrics solutions. As part of the role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customers’ technical and strategic goals.

The Project Analyst will be responsible for managing workstreams and deliverables, coordinating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met, while driving projects to completion and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct Qualtrics implementations for multiple K-12 clients.
  • Lead and manage resources to accomplish project deliverables efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage project scope and schedule, and create priorities and risks associated with the projects assigned.
  • Support business development efforts, including client meetings and project scoping calls.
  • Guide customers through program design, system architecture, and creation of project plan.
  • Use insights from project scoping efforts to recommend potential Qualtrics and/or Advisory solution(s) customized to client needs and alignment with district goals.
  • Provide updates on project plans and progress toward goals using Click-Up.
  • Provide technical training to clients on best practice platform use.
  • Complete Qualtrics certifications: DesignXM, CX, EX
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a set of delivery team best practice materials, methodologies, and toolkits.
  • Effectively manage shifting priorities and adapt plans/timelines accordingly.
  • Deliver technical solutions, including:
  • Technical assessment, organization, and cleaning of .csv data sets
  • Support districts SFTP automation set-up
  • Build out Qualtrics surveys and dashboards

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of K-12 Leadership and hands-on Qualtrics EX/CX experience, leveraging the Qualtrics platform to create efficiencies and/or derive insights in the K-12 setting.
  • Ability to effectively manage all aspects of project delivery from kick off to close of implementation on time and on budget.
  • Experienced and comfortable presenting virtually to client groups.
  • Skilled at defining programs, writing detailed functional specifications, and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs.
  • Experience with K-12 Assessment, including training clients on use and application of an ed-tech feedback tool based on needs.
  • Direct experience with the use of qualitative and quantitative data to set and monitor strategic actions and goals.
  • Creative, motivated, self-starter, comfortable navigating a start-up environment, and using their voice to contribute to development of a growing new business.
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to convey recommendations to address barriers in real time, as well as work with others to solve more complex problems in a timely manner.
  • A US Citizen who possesses a security clearance (or is eligible to obtain one).
