Project Manager
Job description
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to make Intento clients happy by managing projects and exceeding clients’ expectations as their crucial resource within Intento. As part of the Intento team, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in supporting global companies as they implement and utilize our AI technology.
This is a remote position, and we consider candidates from the US timezone.

Job requirements
Our ideal candidate has:
- Minimum two years experience in client-facing position (project manager, pre-sales engineer, solutions engineer, technical account manager, and similar roles)
- Proficient English
- Experience in managing cross-team communication
- Degree or experience in Localization and/or Linguistics
- Experience with Jira, MS Office, Gantt charts, Miro
As a plus:
- Programming skills
- Experience with Translation Management Systems
Responsibilities:
- Client facing projects leading: conducting meetings and text communication, defining scope of work, project planning, management of resources, setting tasks for teams and sharing outcomes with client, solving issues.
- Internal projects leading: defining scope of work, conduct cross-team communication, setting tasks, present the results to stakeholders.
