A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Proposal Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Proposals and be supported to manage the proposal process and drafting and execution of bid documents to the highest international standard. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, be super organised, be passionate about crafting a compelling story, enjoy working with a dynamic sales team and be an agile learner.
Responsibilities
- Timely planning, coordination and efficient management of the Proposal submissions
- Act as a point of contact and communication on Proposal submissions (internal and external)
- Clear understanding and interpretation of the questions and requirements within Proposal documentation
- Liaise with different individuals/teams across the business to obtain the required information
- Maintain and update the library of company standard documentation for submissions
- Undertake ongoing research concerning best practices
- Develop a creative approach to writing and presentation of Proposal submissions and other relevant documentation
- Assemble Proposal submissions - collaborate, assemble, review the final draft and produce the final package
- Maintain completed Proposal submission log, calculate success rates, obtain feedback, maintain lessons learnt log
- Consolidate all documentation required to complete RFP and Proposal submissions
- Drafting and reviewing comprehensive proposals for prospective customers. Assure the production of quality customer responses to requirement questions on bids

Requirements
What You Need
- Education: BA in business, marketing or related discipline
- Experience: No minimum experience in Proposal Writing but evidence of managing the creation of documents to deadlines is desired. This may be through University assignments or office experience. Technology background is an advantage
- International: global experience in B2B multinational desirable
- Technology: experience using online content management tools and Salesforce a plus
