Provider Recruiter

Advantia is seeking a skilled Provider Talent Acquisition Specialist to effectively handle full cycle recruiting for clinical staff members at our Practices, with a primary focus on Physicians and APPs. With an emphasis on clinical sourcing. This role will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and would be a fully remote position.
This role will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring Physicians and Advanced Nurse Practitioners. The Talent Acquisition Specialist’s responsibilities include all aspects of full cycle recruiting, from drafting job descriptions, sourcing and/or facilitating the interview process of suitable candidates.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment and hiring for the organization; including posting, reviewing, phone/Zoom screens, coordination of interviews, and conducting verbal and written offers.
- Conduct sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for clinical positions. By using a variety of sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
- Assist with the recruitment and hiring for the organization; including posting, reviewing, phone/Zoom screens, coordination of interviews, and conducting verbal and written offers.
- Coordinate with hiring manager(s) to determine staffing needs and best recruiting process for position(s).
- Work closely with our Practice Managers, and the Director of Talent Acquisition to align on recruiting and hiring strategy.
- Leverage knowledge of our business needs and search requirements to effectively match candidates with roles.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, and closing of candidates.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness throughout the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of the organization.
- Screen and interview applicants, via Zoom and phone.
- Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as virtual job fairs, online sourcing, and referral-based recruiting, to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry required, with prior experience hiring Physicians Advanced Practice Providers (APP).
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, HR, finance, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various healthcare sourcing platforms (PracticeMatch, LinkedIn, and various other job boards).
- Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, in partnership with a variety of stakeholders, and with and across functional project teams.
- Able to multitask, establish priorities, and meet deadlines on projects.
