About the Role

We’re seeking a high performing Sales Manager to join the growing Provider Sales Team at Rula! This is an exciting opportunity to manage, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives (AEs) as we continue to grow the therapist network nationwide. This person will play a significant role in improving the team's effectiveness and will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop new resources, playbooks, and processes to support sustainable growth as the team continues to scale. We have a strong preference for this person to be located in the Pacific Time Zone or to be able to work PST hours.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing a metrics-driven Sales team and 6+ years of overall Sales experience, preferably in scaled/SaaS sales
  • Previously responsible for driving team-wide performance metrics, with the ability to perform mid-level salesforce data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Experience evaluating talent and hiring successful reps
  • Proven experience coaching, developing, and providing feedback to sales reps

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, or other highly regulated industry
  • Experience managing a sales team in a high-growth start-up environment
