Arbol seeks a Python Developer! This role is open on Arbol's risk team where you will be involved in building libraries and tools for traders and senior management. This is a great opportunity for someone with extensive Python experience who wants to expand their fintech toolkit.
This role requires extensive knowledge of Python and its best practices. A Computer Science degree is preferred, but optional as long as you have sufficient experience. You will be helping with implementation of different components in the pricing framework as well as related libraries and APIs.

Salary for this position is between $100k and $160k depending on experience, with opportunities to advance to beyond the "intermediate" level at 6-12 month intervals.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of work experience as Python developer (please note: we will not accept candidates who did not work as Python developer or Quant developer for least 3 years)
- 1+ years experience working with Numpy and pandas
- Experience as a ML engineer/developer or quant developer is a plus
- Strong familiarity with python frameworks and open source libraries
- PEP8 knowledge
- Strong development skills: TDD, CI, version control
- Strong coding patterns knowledge

$120,000 - $160,000 USD Per Year Salary
The salary range for this role is for New York City applicants. In other locations, salary will vary based on experience and location.
