Profile Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile client accounts using QuickBooks Desktop, Online and NetSuite, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Accurately manage and process financial transactions, including invoicing, receipts, and payments, with company policies.
  • Post journal entries, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts, including payables, receivables, loans.
  • Handle accrual and prepaid expenses accounting, including maintaining records of prepaid amortizations.
  • Efficiently manage and store invoices and receipts electronically in QuickBooks Online for audit purposes.
  • Record and evaluate depreciation on clients' fixed assets.
  • Review and process invoices on behalf of clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies approvals.
  • Process and apply payments for invoices payable, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Prepare and review bank and credit cards reconciliation statements regularly.
  • Contribute to month-end reporting and tracking, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Facilitate inter-company reconciliations for clients as required.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and other reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to request financial insights and support.
  • Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including categorizing the bank and credit cards transactions, billing and invoicing to customers.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality of Information and supporting secure Records Management of Financial Information on database backups

Requirements:

  • Expert in using “QB desktop and QB Online” accounting software, (Good to have - NetSuite)
  • Good experience in accounting.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. And should be a quick learner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication, analytical, and presentation skills

Experience: 2 years to 3 years

Time-Night Shift(4:00PM IST -1:00 AM IST)
