The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center, or BBN team:

Summary of Role:

Raytheon Technologies Enterprise Services is seeking a highly motivated Radiant Logic Engineer to support Identity Management systems, services, development, processes and tools, and customer application integrations. This full-time employee will work with Radiant Logic software and scripts which run on Windows or Linux systems. This position will maintain interfaces and feeds to/from the Radiant Logic virtualized directory. The candidate is expected to become proficient with the Raytheon Technologies LDAP subtree structure, attribute definitions, and LDAP security parameters. This candidate will interact with customers to help them integrate with LDAP. Experience working with Windows and Linux systems, as well as cloud-based solutions is preferred.

A combination of having strong technical/product knowledge, relationship building skills, and customer service skills makes you the ideal candidate for this opportunity. The job will involve following precise processes and procedures to ensure compliance with Raytheon Technologies security policies, government requirements, industry standards, and internal organizational mandates. The candidate will also be given ample opportunity to develop skills working with multiple identity services (LDAP, Active Directory, SecurID, PKI and SSO).

Responsibilities:

  • Application onboarding from customer engagement to production
  • Manage Radiant Logic Software
  • Partner with Directory Services Team for the new RTX LDAP
  • Deploying servers and software in the Azure cloud
  • Working in Git or similar version control systems
  • Analyze log files, including LDAP logs, HTTPD error logs, & Splunk
  • Support IT with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software tools
  • Work with command line interfaces
  • Designing, implementing, and supporting DevOps CI/CD tools such as GitLab
  • Supporting and working with Active Directory (multi-forest experience a plus)

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years Radiant Logic FID or experience with similar virtual directory solutions
  • 2 years of experience working with LDAP software
  • 2 years basic experience working in Windows systems
  • 2 years basic experience working on Linux systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interfacing large and diverse hardware and software systems
  • Background working with Identity Systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong software and network debugging skills
  • Excellent documentation and process management skills
  • Works well with team members in diverse geographic locations to develop secure solutions for customer requests
  • Ability to understand and apply security policies and procedures to customer solutions
  • Self-starter, able to work well with little supervision
  • Automated testing experience
  • Experience maintaining Java code

Education:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
