RCDD Designer
Responsibilities:
- Use CAD/BIM software for complex engineering design, serve as a design lead in data center/building cable/conduit routing, equipment rack layouts, wired and wireless communications, security system and AV systems, serve as project manager for smaller-sized projects and attend client meetings.
- May travel to job sites for observation and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Must have current BICSI RCDD certification
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in drafting and design
- 8 years of CAD/BIM software experience. Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD experience is preferred
- Ability to design and layout complex engineering drawings
- Experience utilizing BIM 360, Navisworks, Revit work sets, view templates and project phasing is preferred
