What You’ll Be Doing: 

We are looking for a Billing Lead to help us scale the claim submission vertical of Grow Therapy. You will be implementing, creating and maintaining billing processes as you work closely alongside a growing Pre-service team! You’ll be a part of a remote-friendly team reporting to the Manager of Eligibility and Billing Operations.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  1. Coordinating, implementing & maintain claim submission requirements 
  2. Identifying trends and issues impacting billing efficiency and performance
  3. Reviewing service codes and billing requirements assuming compliance to obtain clean claim submission 
  4. Collaborating and coordinating with partnering teams to ensure proper billing requirements
  5. Completing other related assignments as required in a timely manner. 
  6. Responsible for growing and developing billing specialist as the team scales over team

Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • You have a least 3+ years of experience working with health insurance, understanding billing requirements (Government and Commercial) and submitting claims
  • You have foundational understanding of different billing processes & terminology such as but not limited to, corrected claims, voids, resubmissions, & original claim submission. 
  • You are data driven and understand how to build metrics to measure and track performance and identify opportunities.  
  • You have strong communication skills and can quickly and succinctly present your ideas to company executives.
  • You have a bias for action and care about delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • You are driven by values and want to work in an environment where growth & improvements are priority.
