We're seeking an exceptional Recruiter based in India to join our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of recruitment.

We're searching for a leader who challenges the status quo in recruitment. You'll leverage your innovation and experience to drive results. As a Recruiter at our company, you'll oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to branding the company as an employer of choice, while nurturing relationships with hiring managers.
Key Outcomes and Impact on Results:
Ensure effective and consistent administration of Recruiting processes and world class hiring of global employees.
Key Deliverables:
Ensuring smooth interview and hiring processes, compliance, and providing a world class Candidate Experience.
Key Processes & Activities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Employ innovative sourcing methodologies and creative channels to find new candidates
- Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and interest in programs.
- Candidate Engagement: Draw upon a proven recruiting background to identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer accept
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, progress, and outcomes using Ashby.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand.
Competencies:
Solid understanding of Recruitment processes with specific experience in, but not limited to sourcing, stakeholder relations, negotiation, compliance and ATS administration. Demonstrable competence in handling various Recruiting tasks independently.
Education, Skills & Abilities:
- An ideal candidate will have a background in cyber security and/or a software industry and prides themselves on understanding the competitive landscape today for technical recruiting
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- The ability to adopt a consultative approach with our hiring manager community and craft win/win outcomes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- The ability to work optimally in high pressure situations and come up with a creative ways of hitting your targets
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems (e.g. Ashby)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- An interest in how branding can help directly influence your recruiting pipelines
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
