Job Description:

As an Interim Recruiter at RecruiterLINQ, you will be pivotal in helping our clients identify and hire the best talent for their organizations. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and extending offers. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews, to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Presentation: Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications, skills, and alignment with the organization's requirements.
  1. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  2. Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating compensation packages and extending job offers to selected candidates.
  3. Integration with Client's Team: Integrate seamlessly with the client's existing talent acquisition team, working collaboratively to meet their staffing needs.
  4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Reporting and Metrics: Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, recruitment activity, and client feedback, providing regular reports to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or as an agency recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
