Signature Analytics provides expert-level accounting and business advisory solutions to small and middle-market businesses and non-profits throughout the United States. We accomplish this by managing their accounting functions and financial reporting, so they don't have to. From there, we go beyond the numbers to help improve performance and achieve their goals by focusing on forward-looking activities, direction, and strategy.

We are a growing firm and currently looking for an experienced Recruiter with a great personality and excellent interpersonal communication skills that will assist with the talent acquisition of accounting and finance professionals. This position is a full time, remote working opportunity within the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify requirements and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
  • Develops and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources equivalent field preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process strongly preferred
  • 2+ Years' experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
  • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. In order to provide a competitive compensation package, Signature Analytics takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to: market compensation data, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications. A sign-on bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to benefits (employer contribution towards medical, dental, and vision premiums; 401(k) match; professional development reimbursements; cell phone and home office stipend, etc.) depending on the position offered.
