The Opportunity:
TrueML is looking for a resourceful and motivated team member to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this role, you are the key to ensuring that candidates and internal stakeholders alike have the best interview experience possible with our company. Your responsibilities include heavy scheduling, communication with candidates, and direct involvement in the execution of recruiting marketing strategies. This role has amazing growth potential in the recruitment space.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordination. Support 2-3 recruiters on all candidate communications; scheduling interviews, keeping notes, direct email correspondence, and booking occasional travel. During the scheduling process, ensure candidates have detailed interview schedules and company information prior to the scheduled interview. Utilize scheduling tools such as HackerRank for different interview modes. Collaborate with team members regarding job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and candidate outreach.
- Data Integrity. Maintain the applicant tracking system, Lever, to ensure candidate records and job postings are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked. Manage reporting for the recruiting and hiring teams, such as: data tracking for employee referrals, hiring data, pipeline overview, etc. Manage the pipeline of candidates so that we can continue to build relationships with potential recruits.
- Talent Branding. Maintain the company's job boards on our social media platforms including: LinkedIn, Lever, Indeed, BuiltIn, and other role-specific job boards. Utilize social media marketing to promote open roles - Facebook, Instagram, etc. Carefully read job descriptions provided by hiring managers and other stakeholders and ensure proper grammar, spelling, formatting, and clarity from the candidate’s perspective. Support DEI&B and University Recruiting projects.
- Sourcing. Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to provide high-quality candidates for open positions. Source candidates using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social media, Internet job boards, tech associations/meetups, and university alumni resources. Review resumes and make recommendations to hiring managers. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and various departments to source top talent. Develop a strong understanding of our product and systems to source the most talented candidate.
- Process Improvement. Identify and improve current processes for data integrity, coordination, talent branding, and talent branding strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience within an administrative/support function in a similarly fast-paced or high-volume recruiting and hiring environment
- Attentive to detail and well-organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, startup-minded environment
- Heavy calendar management skills
- Organized and efficient work style with the ability to keep track of several competing and active priorities
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Thoughtful, service-oriented approach to projects
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency in GSuite
- Proficiency in MacOS systems
- Knowledge of Lever and/or HackerRank is a plus
- Have experience working within the tech industry at a Startup
- Prior recruiting agency experience
- Background in technical sourcing/recruiting
