Job Description
This position is a 6 month fixed-term contract.
You will be responsible for executing the Middle Office function and processes within Talent, looking after the onboarding of contractors and their administrative interactions with Talent. Tasks include:
- Assisting in the establishment of the Middle Office function and documenting processes and procedures
- Monitor, chase and initiate the correct and timely onboarding process for our contractors
- Validate submitted onboarding details and ensure they are complete, current and compliant - Identify and action follow up questions where required
- Ensure Payee and Contractor Records are updated correctly in the appropriate front and back office systems and ensure they are stored to relative systems
- Release contractor timesheets upon successful onboarding as required
- Support and manage other administrative requests from contractors as required (e.g. expirations of timesheets, providing current details on file, etc.)
Qualifications
To ensure your success in this role, you will have:
- Outstanding written and verbal communications - you will be liasing with people across all levels.
- You have an acute attention to detail, ensuring the highest accuracy in your work.
- A background with contractor payroll would be highly regarded, but not essential.
- You are digitally savvy! You are able to navigate your way around complex systems.
