Responsibilities:

👥 Lead and inspire a dynamic team of recruitment executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.

🚀 Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals, utilizing best practices and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

🤝 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans to attract and select the best candidates.

📈 Establish and monitor recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement.

🌟 Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's culture, values, and competencies to effectively assess candidate fit.

🔍 Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, reference checks, and extending offers.

📚 Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.

🔧 Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment practices, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

😊 Foster a positive candidate experience by creating an environment where candidates feel valued, supported, and informed throughout the recruitment journey.

Job requirements

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔️ Proven experience (2+ years) as a Recruitment Team Lead, preferably in a start-up environment.

✔️ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

✔️ In-depth understanding of sales and marketing approaches in recruitment.

✔️ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.

✔️ Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

✔️ Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost care.

✔️ Tech-savvy with proficiency in HR systems and softwares.

✔️ A passion for adventure and a fun-loving personality that aligns with our F.A.C.T. values.

Salary: 1500-2800 EUR after taxes (depending on your skills and experience).
