To strengthen our tado° Marketing team we are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist BeNeLux/ Nordics (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. In this position you will closely collaborate with the tado° Sales & Marketing teams to plan, localize and implement our marketing strategy among different channels.
Your responsibilities:
- Consolidate consumer, customer and market insights and act as the spokesperson for the market within marketing.
- Compile and monitor local marketing plan based on input from activity owners (strategy team, brand and content team, media team, CRM team etc.). Feedback local needs.
- Derive trade marketing plan by translating marketing strategy and local marketing plan into value adding activities at/with retail partners.
- Create compelling trade stories per key customer, translating marketing strategy and marketing plan into win/win situations for tado° and trade partners.
- Meet local trade partners and team up with their marketing teams to ensure excellent execution of the tado° brand and products at their touchpoints.
- Manage local trade marketing budget and implement trade marketing activities on different channels.
- Support the content team with the localization to local language and local requirements for content.
- Ensure brand consistency at all touchpoints.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, organizations, and influencers.
- Check marketing campaign data and results with the activity owners and the marketing data specialist to generate performance reports and share best practices.
- Develop and implement partner materials such as pitch presentations and trade materials such as POS solutions, content guidelines and activity toolkits.
- Continuously monitor and review the performance of partner content; optimize and update content to increase sales performance together with partners. Prepare existing content in suitable formats for local needs and brief new content internally in support of the local marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in marketing, communication sciences, business or in a related field
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Local Marketing preferably for the BeNeLux region, Nordics is plus
- Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing, trade marketing tools and understanding of KPIs
- Excellent organizational skills, hands-on mentality and result focus approach
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, ability to develop and maintain relationships with other teams
- Ability to drive creativity and innovation, open to bring new ideas to improve our local marketing activities and also internal processes
- Enthusiasm for innovative products and smart technologies
- Confident knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in local activities
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment
- Preferably located in the Netherlands and native speaker. Fluency in English is mandatory, French is a plus
