Who you are

We’re looking for an RVP, Enterprise Sales with demonstrated success selling large, complex, multi-million dollar deals into the C-Suites of large strategic health systems. Like us, you’re passionate about using technology to make healthcare more clear, accessible, efficient, and consistent for patients and the providers they rely on. You are persistent, creative and have demonstrated skills in consultative selling, strategic thinking, deal leadership and financial modeling. At Loyal, you will report to the Chief Customer Officer and will be responsible for uncovering and closing new enterprise deals with an average deal size of $1.5M-$5M ARR. Responsibilities

  • Close new enterprise deals with an average ARR of $1.5M-$5M to attain annual quota
  • Own the full sales life cycle from lead generation to close for large platform deals with key strategic accounts 
  • Partner with Loyal’s leadership to coordinate efforts in helping address the executive audience of healthcare organizations  
  • Engage new accounts through industry expertise and strategic prospecting
  • Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Serve as a Loyal spokesperson for the business at conferences and other events
  • Create and execute custom demos, presentations, and compelling value propositions around the Loyal platform
  • Create sales materials including proposals, custom business cases, financial models, memos, and implementation plans
  • Manage contract negotiations and legal review with the support of the Sales leadership team
  • Build and manage individual sales pipeline and keep all opportunities up to date while accurately forecasting pipeline for leadership
  • Attend conferences & prospective customer meetings (virtual and in-person)

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of consultative sales experience in enterprise Healthcare SaaS is required
  • Deep understanding of the health system market is required
  • Experience with navigating complex sales cycles and a consistent track record of quota achievement and success in the field of enterprise sales is required 
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts ($1.5M+ ARR) is required
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members is required
  • Ability to lead financial modeling and legal negotiation of deals is required
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM and sales engagement technologies preferred
  • Experience working within a high growth and/or ambiguous environment, with proven experience to be dynamic preferred
