What you’ll do
- Accounts Receivable Management:
- Generate and send out invoices to customers;
- Ensure all invoices are recorded accurately in the accounting system;
- Review and keep track of all invoices and credit memos;
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, or other irregularities;
- Follow up on late payments, collect and apply payments to invoices;
- Calculate Bad Debt Reserve;
- Month and Quarter-end close:
- Perform accounts receivable and other reconciliations;
- Process journal entries and adjustments to general ledger entries.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams on invoicing-related matters;
- Other:
- Assist in gathering support for financial audits and provide required documentation;
- Prepare and maintain schedules for deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, and other related accounts for smaller entities.
- System Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to perform vlookups, pivot tables, etc).
Would be great if you brought this to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- Genuine interest in crypto;
- Proficiency in NetSuite;
- Ability to be a team player;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and 1+ years of experience in the month-end close and invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition processes;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment;
- Confidence, good judgment, energy, and positive work attitude.

The salary range for US-based candidates only will be determined throughout the interview process depending on experience and skills.
US pay range (not including bonus, equity or other benefits)
$70,000—$90,000 USD
