Revit Designer
IMPORTANT
This position requires a B1/B2 visa for congresses, visits, and presentations with the team in Miami (all expenses are sponsored). The position is remote.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revit Designer to join our dynamic foodservice design firm team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and production drawings for various food service projects. This role requires a deep understanding of BIM workflows and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams on several projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize multiple versions of Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and utilize AI, Bluebeam and MS Office to execute design tasks effectively.
- Apply specific knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC, formerly BIM360) for project collaboration and management.
- Initiate collaboration, manage, and troubleshoot across multiple ACC project hubs as needed.
- Understand and implement live-linking versus publish-share-consume linking methodologies.
- Set up new projects from a template on ACC hubs, ensuring proper integration of Revit, CAD, or PDF backgrounds.
- Build complex parametric Revit families and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Develop custom Dynamo scripts and/or custom Revit applications to automate repetitive tasks within Revit workflows.
- Extract, edit, and import title blocks between Revit files efficiently.
- Navigate between multiple Revit family cataloging cloud-based platforms.
- Develop food service equipment specifications based on equipment plans and schedules.
- Create and model Revit families for foodservice equipment, custom fabrication, and millwork.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Revit design role, with a focus on food service design or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in Dynamo and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and ACC project management.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with various teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written utilizing Spanish and English, other languages are beneficial.
- Ability to work on Imperial and Metric formats.
- Knowledge of foodservice equipment and the ability to create detailed specifications and models.

Pay: $22,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
