Ruby On Rails Engineer
About the role
We are looking for a remote Ruby On Rails Developer to join our R&D team. You will be responsible for the support and development in a Web-scale SaaS product that enables us to revolutionize the transcription and translation industry. You will be involved in the design and implementation of low latency, high availability, and high-performance services, working in a dynamic, agile environment with highly talented team members delivering content that is implemented in production environments very rapidly. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
Please note!
This position operates on a shift basis. Working days start at 6 AM and end at 5 PM. Additionally, once every three weeks, there is a necessity to be on call.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails
- Development of high-scale cloud-based solutions (AWS)
- Experience writing complex database queries
- Strong skills in debugging & logs analysis
- Great interpersonal skills and team player
