--What will I actually be doing?-- We are looking for people that would be EXCITED to do the following:

  1. Hunt, close, and grow Enterprise industrial accounts doing whatever it takes. We have a best-in-class product with client success stories from Exxon, TallGrass Energy, and Linde to help you sell. Deals range from $10k to >$1M, so commissions can be huge.
  2. You must enjoy making calls and being on online demos all day. Leads come from current customers, the SDR team, marketing, and your ability to generate your own. We rarely sell face-to-face but we do what is needed to hunt new business, grow accounts and help the customer experience value.
  3. Join a fast-growing, profitable, and proven SaaS company that is doing big, disruptive things in the industrial industry.

Requirements

You must have successful sales experience in industrial and/or software. This job can become a high-level executive role leading all of the sales team if you crush it.

  • +5 years of B2B sales experience in an Account Executive, Business Development, Sales, or similar quota-carrying role. We are also open to absolute rockstar SDRs who are ready to be AE.
  • You either have an understanding of industrial operations to be able to talk about workflows around Operations, Safety, Reliability, and IT and/or have strong SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience hunting and growing Oil & Gas, Chemical, and/or Manufacturing accounts or strong SaaS experience
  • You have experience with the full Enterprise Sales cycle (e.g. leads to signed agreements) for large, complex accounts. Having navigated and presented to Front-line employees all the way up to the C-Level executives.
  • You must love working from home to hunt new deals by calling and emailing on a significant volume and working with a proven sales playbook. Again, you must love hunting and growing Enterprise sales!
  • Thrive in a fast-changing environment, follow best practice procedures, and meet quotas and deadlines.
  • If you think of yourself as a Maverik, Cowboy/Cowgirl, self-starting, independent creative do what it takes go-getter, then you will be a great fit.
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication and presentation skills. We primarily present to senior executives in the US and around the world.

  • Bonus points for SaaS sales
  • Bonus points for experience using an SDR & AE Structure.
  • Bonus points for maintenance, safety, quality control experience, LEAN, Six Sigma, industrial automation, digital transformation industry, etc.
  • Bonus points if you know the culture and have worked with clients in Houston, Beaumont, Texas, Batton Rouge, Corpus Cristi, etc.
  • Bonus points for previously worked with companies like Honeywell, Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Emerson, AWC, Endress+Hauser, Pepperl+Fuchs, Vector Controls, Drager, Eastern Controls, Total Safety, The Baro Companies, Andon Specialties, Ives Equipment, etc.
