Stellar Cyber is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Sales Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in driving sales initiatives and managing project-related tasks. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales projects and supporting the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities:

Project Support:

  • Assist the CRO in managing and coordinating sales projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, providing regular updates and progress reports to the CRO.
  • Prepare project-related documentation, including proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information to support project planning and decision-making.

Sales Support:

  • Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, performance analysis, and market research.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Support customer communications, including responding to inquiries, coordinating meetings, and managing customer-related documentation.
  • Assist in gathering customer feedback and market insights to identify sales opportunities and improve our offerings.
  • Foster positive relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer retention and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the CRO to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the CRO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Assist with the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports as needed.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CRO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales support, project coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry and technology solutions is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-related software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
