ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work closely with our co-founder and current Marketing Director, Ryan Matzner. You’ll have access to an effective team of creatives and engineers to support your work and will have the opportunity to fully own a wide range of projects and tasks.

The majority of work will revolve around Fueled’s corporate marketing work (ie marketing itself, not marketing work for clients) and secondarily supporting Sales. You will also have exposure to the full range of Ryan’s portfolio, including sales, special projects, operations, client services, and more.

A successful apprentice will walk away with newfound marketing and SEO skills, creative problem solving experience, an effective project management skillset, and more.

This is a paid position. Salary: $15/hr

  • Write and publish engaging articles in the tech space
  • Learn basic search engine optimization techniques, digital marketing, and project management
  • Earn $15/hour
  • Remote working from anywhere in the PST, MST, CST, or EST time zones

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting a wide range of SEO activities such as:
  • Linkbuilding
  • Supporting Fueled’s content calendar
  • Supporting PR initiatives, including owning responses to press inquiries and outbound press opportunities
  • Support a wide range of special projects that touch on marketing
  • Support the hosting of in-person networking dinners and events
  • Support strategic networking and outbound sales efforts

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  1. Kudos for submitting your application, you’ll be hearing from us within the next 48 hours!
  2. Once your application is reviewed and deemed a good match for the position, a Hireflix link will be sent to you for a self-directed video interview.
  3. If your recorded interview passes our evaluation, we’ll set up a technical interview with Ryan Matzner, our Marketing Director. The interview will be approximately 30 minutes.
  4. The second technical round interview will be with Perry Dahl, VP of Revenue. This interview will also be approximately 30 minutes.
  5. If all goes well... Congrats! You made it, and we will be sending you an offer.
